Hunts End Stables began with two Arabian horses and a small child's pony about eight years ago. That pony has since retired and the two horses have been sold, we now have many school horses and it is no longer a hobby. It is WHAT WE DO! It is with great joy that we now offer many children and adults the opportunity to enjoy horses the way that we do.
About the owner:
Courtney has grown up with horses. She was raised on a breeding farm. She managed, backed horses and learned the ins and outs of breeding and horsemanship. When the family farm was sold, she began riding for other people. She started her own barn and took in boarders to help support her passion. Over the years she has been training horses and begun competing in the eventing world and jumpers. Her understanding of the horse and rider has moved her into being a successful coach and trainer. Courtney currently trains a successful IEA team as well as students competing at local and recognized events. She understands the importance of building a trusting relationship with students as well as with the horses and has had great success as a result.
